Jivaro can't find a working configuration for your PokerStars client.
Usually this happens after a PokerStars update and is resolved on our end in a few minutes. Please visit http://facebook.com/JivaroPoker for up to date info.
When opening your PokerStars client you receive the following message:
As stated in the message, this usually happens when PokerStars has made an update we have yet to push out a working configuration. In most cases this is resolved within minutes but can take a bit longer depending on the update.
Other triggers can also be causing this massage such as:
- Jivaro doesn't support PokerStars.NET and thus won't provide a working configuration. To resolve this issue, try downloading a different PokerStars client.
Running an old version of PokerStars
- In some cases, the PokerStars client doesn't update. To resolve that, either force-update PokerStars or re-install your client.
