Nothing works? WTF? Paid for Premium and wont work on PokerStars

    Windows 7

    I dont know what your systems are like, but considering you have such a beautiful looking front end HUDs etc, your log in procedures are a mess.

    It keeps telling me my log in details are not recognised, so i have to do (another) password reset.

    Can you do these things for me please, or otherwise arrange a refund?

    1. Email me (with the email you have for me on your system) with my CORRECT log in details

    2. Explain why the software isnt working. I play STT's on PokerStars. Its not like I am running Windows XP or something. I have used a couple of HUDs previously (Poker Tracker) and that installed and worked. I run Bitdefender virus protection and firewall on my computer but I doubt that is stopping your software.

    Hi Chris,

    The reset function in the application is broken, we have a fix for the issue in the pipelines, waiting to be released. In the meantime, resetting your password from here should resolve the issue: https://jivaro.com/signin/forgot

    It's highly likely that Bitdefender can cause some issues, although, you should still see Jivaro operating. Just to make sure, please follow these steps and exclude Jivaro from being scanned:

    Now log in to Jivaro, start playing and please tell me what you see. Any error messages? Is Jivaro logging down any hands at all or is nothing happening what so ever?

    I disabled Bitdefender completely - and still nothing

    We obviously have a problem since there is nothing visible from Jivaro. Could you possibly provide me with a screenshot of the Jivaro application as well?
